Air conditioning installation, servicing and repair for homes, garden offices and commercial spaces across Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windsor and beyond. Every engineer F-Gas certified. Every install finished properly — because we're builders first.
Modern systems heat as well as cool — one unit, comfort all year. Slide to see.
Impact Air is the air conditioning arm of Impact Construction — a refurbishment and fit-out contractor working across London and the South East. That background changes how we install.
Most AC firms drill the holes, run the pipework and leave the mess to you. We chase in pipework neatly, patch and skim plasterwork, and redecorate where we've worked. You get a finished job, not a punch list.
Period cottage in Sunninghill or new-build in Bracknell — we understand fabric, structure and routes before we pick up a drill. Discreet unit positioning and concealed runs come as standard.
If your AC install is part of a bigger project — extension, loft conversion, office fit-out — we can handle the lot under one roof. No coordinating three trades who blame each other.
Supply, install, service and repair. We fit leading brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and LG, and we'll recommend the right system for your space — not the one with the best margin.
Wall-mounted splits and multi-split systems for bedrooms, living spaces and whole homes. Whisper-quiet units, discreet positioning, and heating capability for shoulder seasons. Ideal for hot loft bedrooms and south-facing rooms.
Garden offices, gyms, studios and loft conversions overheat fast and freeze in winter. A single split system solves both — often installed in a day with minimal disruption.
Ceiling cassettes, ducted systems and VRF for offices, retail units and hospitality. As a fit-out contractor we can integrate AC into a wider refurbishment or install into a live working environment out of hours.
Annual servicing to keep warranties valid and systems efficient, F-Gas compliant leak checks, and prompt repairs — including systems we didn't install. Maintenance plans available for landlords and commercial clients.
A straightforward process with a fixed quote — no surprises on the invoice.
We visit, measure up, check pipe routes and electrics, and talk through what you actually need.
A clear written quote covering equipment, installation and making good. What we quote is what you pay.
Most single-room installs done in a day. Dust sheets down, pipework concealed, walls made good, mess gone.
Full demo of your system, warranty registered on your behalf, and a service reminder when it's due.
We're based in Ascot and cover the surrounding towns and villages across Berkshire and Surrey.
We also cover London — our head office is in EC2, and through Impact Construction we deliver residential and commercial projects across the capital and the South East. Wherever you are, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
Usually not — most domestic installs fall under permitted development, provided the outdoor unit meets siting and noise conditions. Listed buildings, flats and conservation areas are the exceptions. We check this for you as part of the free survey, before any work is priced.
A single-room system is typically installed in a day, including making good. Multi-room systems usually take two to three days depending on pipe routes.
Yes — every system we install is a reversible air-to-air heat pump, so it cools in summer and provides efficient heating in winter. Many of our clients use theirs year-round.
Where we've chased in pipework or drilled through walls, we patch and skim the plaster and redecorate the affected area — so when we leave, it looks like we were never there. Most AC installers exclude this; for us it's standard, because we're a construction company first.
We install all-in-one (monobloc) systems that need no external condenser — everything sits in one slim indoor unit, venting through two small discreet grilles in the outside wall. They're ideal for flats, listed buildings and conservation areas where a standard outdoor unit isn't practical or permitted. Ask us about these at survey — our instant quote tool prices them too.
Yes — every engineer working on our installs is F-Gas certified, which is a legal requirement for anyone handling refrigerant in the UK. We're happy to show certification at survey.
